About Lyon Aviation
Lyon Aviation, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Lynn Lyon and his wife
Shirley. Ideally located in Berkshire County, at the Pittsfield
Massachusetts airport, Lyon Aviation began as a fixed base operator
(FBO) providing fuel, maintenance, hangar services,
charter and flight instruction. The early fleet consisted of a Cessna 172 and
a Cessna 310. Employees were, in large part, family. Today, Lyon
Aviation is Massachusetts' largest charter operator. Our fleet of
charter airplanes consists of a twin engine Navajo, Lear 25,
two Hawker 800s and a Gulfstream IV. We can accommodate a quick shuttle to Nantucket or a
two-week road show around the globe. Lyon Aviation is based in western
Massachusetts, ideal for servicing New York City, Boston and all other northeast
departures. Our location helps us provide a high quality service
